This role involves leading daily spa operations to ensure a high standard of service and client satisfaction. You will:

Manage and motivate the spa team to deliver exceptional treatments
Oversee booking systems and maintain high levels of customer care
Monitor stock levels and manage supplier relationships
Implement health and safety standards to guarantee guest wellbeing
Develop marketing strategies to promote the spa services
