The rate of pay is £33,000 - £35,000 per annum.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 06.00-14.00 (some flexibility will be required).
Your Time at Work
As a Security Site Manager your responsibilities include:
- Effectively lead the security team to deliver the service to the agreed specification and meet all qualitative and performance KPI targets.
- Deal with all enquiries from both the security team and client in a professional and courteous manner, these maybe in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
- Support with the Management of client relationships and expectations. Maintain formal and informal communications with client.
- You must be health & safety aware and adhere to all company policies and procedures as well as ensuring the team always comply with these policies and procedures.
- Manage the rota, approve holidays, organise cover ensuring all shifts are manned to the site requirement escalating any issues to the Business Security Manager and control room in a timely manner
- Provide reports and shift audits as required by the Client and Staffline Security Management team
- Training of new starters and temporary staff ensuring ongoing training continues through regular Toolbox Talks
- Manage team the security performance and behaviours.
- Support with submitting rotas and worked ours to the Business Security Manager
- Maintaining and updating the site Assignment Instructions and documentation
Health & Safety accountabilities:
- Communicate regularly with the site security team and the client through formal and informal channels on safety matters to ensure that there is a free flow of ideas, and concerns are addressed
- Ensure that the Staffline image is reflected positively through your actions and those of your colleagues.
- Ensure that a proactive approach is taken, i.e. attended the site Health and Safety meeting and other safety events.
- Take responsibility for ensuring that office and equipment is fit for purpose.
- Ensure that work activities are properly managed and supervised.

- Full driving license
- Supervisory or management experience
- Customer service experience
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft 365
- Be able to lead and motivate
- Ability to work on own initiative with natural problem solving abilites
