Location: West London
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 + package
We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Construction Manager to join a leading contractor working on major projects across West London.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction management, with proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects as well as rail projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee electrical works from pre-construction through to completion.
Lead electrical site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
Coordinate electrical installations with other trades and project teams.
Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
Review drawings, specifications and technical information.
Manage progress, programme and site coordination.
Ensure compliance with relevant health & safety and electrical standards.
Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Oversee testing, commissioning and handover.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager / Electrical Project Manager / Electrical Site Manager.
Strong commercial fit-out experience is essential.
Rail project experience is also essential.
Strong knowledge of electrical installations and construction processes.
Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and specifications.
Relevant electrical qualifications.
SMSTS and relevant CSCS/ECS qualifications.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
