Site Engineer/Manager Farnborough

Remaining scope includes:

* Completion of ground floor / internal slab works.

* Remaining lift pit works/snags.

* RC retaining walls and wall returns.

* Plant area foundations, slabs and plinths.

* Remaining foul and surface water drainage.

* Remaining ducting and service routes.

* Backfilling, formation and stone works.

* Car parks, kerbs and block paving.

* Final road works, surfacing, gullies, ironwork and white lining.

* Any remaining external works and close-out items.

The person will also need to:

* Carry out all setting out and engineering.

* Manage levels, coordinates and survey control.

* Maintain and close out QA/ITPs.

* Complete as-built surveys and records.

* Manage subcontractors, labour and plant on site.

* Coordinate with the client and other trades.

* Plan and programme remaining works.

* Identify design/information gaps and keep the works moving.

* Manage H&S and site standards.

* Drive the project through to completion and handover.

Requirements:

* Strong civils/groundworks background.

* Data centre experience preferred.

* Able to manage the job as well as carry out the engineering.

* Engineering qualification.

* SMSTS.

* Temporary Works Coordinator.

* First Aid
