Pay Rate: £12.71 with quarterly bonuses
Main Responsibilities:
* Correcting, revising, or repairing products or items that failed to meet quality standards upon initial inspection
* Assemble, pack or process components/products following provided instructions or recipes.
* Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment (housekeeping, hygiene, waste disposal).
* Comply with health & safety regulations and quality standards.
* Report any production issues or defects to supervisors.
Requirements (or desirable traits):
* Flexible, reliable, good timekeeping.
* Willingness to learn; willingness to follow instruction & procedures closely.
* Basic numeracy and ability to work accurately (especially if dealing with measurements / quality control).
* Good communication and ability to work within a team
