We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming SEN school in Ealing

This role is ideal for a psychology graduate interested in gaining hands-on experience supporting children with special educational needs before pursuing a career in educational psychology, clinical psychology, speech and language therapy, or teaching.

You will work closely with class teachers and specialist staff to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them engage confidently in their learning and development.

Full-time position, term time only

Ideal candidate

Psychology graduate
Strong interest in child development, SEN, or mental health
Patient, reliable, and passionate about inclusive education
Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
Experience supporting children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, Speech & Language, or similar) is desirable but not essentialThis is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a supportive school environment while making a real difference to pupils' learning, confidence, and wellbeing.
