Are you a Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity in Ellesmere Port?
Academics is working with a range of welcoming primary schools across Ellesmere Port, Little Sutton, Great Sutton and surrounding areas, and we're looking for talented Teaching Assistants to join our supply team and work within Education and Training roles.

What You'll Be Doing
Depending on the school and year group, your role could include:
Supporting pupils during lessons and independent activities
Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning
Helping children develop confidence, independence and positive behaviour
Supporting pupils with additional needs where appropriate
Working alongside teachers to create an engaging classroom environment
Assisting with interventions and targeted learning activities
Contributing to the wider life of the schoolWe're Looking For
You'll ideally have:
A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher
Recent experience working within a primary school
A genuine passion for supporting children's education
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A patient, positive and adaptable approach
The confidence to work across different year groups and school environmentsExperience supporting SEND, ASD, SEMH, speech and language needs or pupils with EHCPs would be particularly useful, although we're interested in hearing from TAs with a range of backgrounds.
