Loyal Blue Recruitment is looking for Secondary Teachers across all subject areas to work with our partner schools throughout West London.
Whether you're looking for the flexibility of daily supply, a regular few days each week, or your next long-term teaching position, we'd love to hear from you.
We work with a number of secondary schools across Ealing, Southall, Northolt, Uxbridge, Hayes, Hillingdon and Harrow, with opportunities available throughout the academic year.
What are you looking for?

We're recruiting teachers for:
* Daily and short-term supply cover
* Pre-booked cover
* Regular work within the same schools
* Long-term teaching contracts
* Full-time and part-time opportunities
* Potential permanent positions
We'd love to hear from teachers across all secondary subjects, including English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Geography, History, PE, MFL, Business, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, RE, Art and Design Technology.
What you'll be doing
For general supply, you'll typically be covering lessons where work has already been set by the school. You'll be responsible for creating a positive classroom environment, managing behaviour and helping students stay engaged with their learning.
For long-term positions, responsibilities may also include planning, marking, assessment and the wider responsibilities you'd expect from a classroom teaching role.
Most importantly, we'll talk to you about what you're comfortable doing and the type of work you're actually looking for before putting you forward for anything.
Who are we looking for?
We're interested in speaking with experienced teachers as well as those earlier in their teaching careers.
Ideally, you'll have:
* Experience teaching within a secondary school
* Good classroom and behaviour management skills
* A confident, calm and adaptable approach
* A genuine interest in supporting young people's education
* Good communication and organisational skills
* QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
We'd also be happy to speak with Overseas Trained Teachers with suitable secondary teaching experience.
