Description
The Site Facilities Manager will:
Lead the day-to-day management of site operations across multiple locations.
Develop and oversee planned and preventative maintenance programmes.
Manage and support site and housekeeping teams.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety and statutory requirements.
Oversee contractor selection, induction, performance and quality standards.
Manage security, access control and emergency response arrangements.
Support capital projects from planning through to completion.
Maintain accurate records for fire safety, water hygiene, electrical compliance and asset management.
Analyse maintenance data to identify trends and future investment requirements.
Contribute to long-term estate planning and budgeting activities.
Drive efficiencies and identify cost-saving opportunities across the estateProfile
A successful Site Facilities Manager should have:
Proven facilities, estates or site management experience.
Experience managing teams and external contractors.
Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of building maintenance, planned maintenance and property services.
Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working within a busy and demanding operational environment within real estate and property.
Ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to urgent issues.
Strong IT and reporting capabilities.
NEBOSH, IOSH or a similar health & safety qualification.
Full UK driving licence.Job Offer
The role of Site Facilities Manager benefits from:
Salary between £44,000 and £48,000, dependent on the level of experience.
