Based in a beautiful private residence within a safe and welcoming country, the successful chef will work alongside a small, established culinary team, delivering outstanding food in a highly professional and discreet environment.
The family particularly enjoys fresh, ingredient-led Mediterranean cuisine, with a strong emphasis on outdoor and live-fire cooking. The chef should also be confident preparing a variety of international cuisines and adapting menus to suit different occasions, dietary requirements and family preferences.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience within UHNW private households, luxury yachts, private estates or leading five-star hotels
- An excellent understanding of Mediterranean cuisine
- Strong outdoor, barbecue and live-fire cooking skills
- Confidence across a range of global cuisines
- Exceptional attention to detail and consistently high culinary standards
- A flexible, discreet and collaborative approach
- The ability to work calmly within a small team
- Excellent references and longevity in previous positions
