Description
Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with month-end and year-end accounting processes.
Perform general administrative tasks related to accounting.Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
Experience in accounting or finance roles carrying out similar duties.
Knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Good communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.Job Offer
An hourly rate of £14.00 to £17.00, dependent on the level of experience.
