About the Role
Notion 4 is looking for an experienced and organised Project Lead to join our client’s team, managing the successful delivery of fire safety and electrical engineering projects from initial survey through to completion.
You will coordinate engineers, subcontractors, clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from surveying, pricing and mobilisation through to completion.
*
Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and resources.
*
Manage project P&L, budgets, deadlines and reporting.
*
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RAMS, CPPs, O&M manuals and BAFE documentation.
*
Ensure works comply with relevant legislation and standards, including BS 5839, BS 7671 and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order.
*
Build strong relationships with clients and provide regular project updates.
*
Coordinate Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) remedial actions, including surveying, pricing and scheduling.
*
Oversee project administration and ensure accurate records and documentation.
*
Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer service.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
*
Previous project management or coordination experience within a technical or engineering environment.
*
Experience in fire safety, electrical engineering or compliance.
*
Strong organisational, communication and administrative skills.
*
Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
*
Good knowledge of relevant British Standards.
*
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
*
A proactive, professional and commercially aware approach.
Qualifications
*
NVQ Level 2 & 3 Business Administration or equivalent.
*
PRINCE2 or similar project management qualification.
*
Zeus or equivalent fire safety qualification is desirable
Salary description
£40000.00 - £45000.00 per year
