How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Description
We're looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our marketing team at Corston.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the detail of paid media but also wants a bigger seat at the table. You'll be working closely with George, our Senior Paid Media Manager, helping shape how we approach paid media as we continue to grow across the UK and international markets.

We're investing heavily in our marketing team and paid media is a big part of that. We don't need someone to simply maintain campaigns. We're looking for somebody who's curious, commercially minded and enjoys figuring out what's working, what isn't, and where the next opportunity is.

You'll have ownership, influence and the chance to make a genuine impact within a fast-growing business.
    What you'll be doing

    Strategy & Planning

Help shape paid media strategy across Google, Meta, Pinterest and other relevant platforms.

Translate business goals into channel plans that drive growth.

Identify opportunities to scale performance across markets and campaigns.

Build and maintain a clear optimisation and testing roadmap.

    Campaign Management

Manage and optimise campaigns across multiple platforms.

Monitor performance and make informed decisions around budget allocation and investment.

Spot opportunities and issues quickly, taking action where needed.

Ensure tracking and reporting are accurate across GA4, GTM and platform reporting tools.

    Analysis & Performance

Go beyond headline metrics to understand what's driving performance.

Turn data into clear recommendations and actions.

Lead testing across audiences, creative, bidding strategies, landing pages and campaign structure.

Regularly share insights with key stakeholders across the business.

    Supporting the Team

Support and develop junior members of the paid media team.

    Share knowledge and best practice.

Act as a key point of contact for paid media within the business.

    What we're looking for

    Essential

4+ years' experience managing paid media campaigns, either in-house or agency side.

Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Pinterest Ads Manager.

Experience building and optimising campaigns that deliver against commercial goals.

Strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in performance marketing.

Experience mentoring or supporting other team members.

Confidence communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

    Nice to have

    Experience with Microsoft Advertising.

Experience managing campaigns across international markets.

    E-commerce experience.

Experience with Shopping campaigns and product feeds.

    Salary & Benefits

    £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

    Company bonus (discretionary)

Annual salary review and pay increase (discretionary)

    Pension scheme

    4x Death in Service cover

    On-site gym

Beautiful Wiltshire head office and working environment

    Generous employee discount

    Regular company events

Additional benefits and perks available to all employees
We're building a brand with big ambitions, but we're still at a stage where individuals can have a real influence on where we go next.

You'll be joining a talented marketing team, working closely with our Senior Paid Media Lead, and helping shape the future of paid media within the business. As we continue to grow across international markets, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership, develop your expertise and make a genuine impact.

If you enjoy solving problems, improving performance and being part of something that's growing quickly, we'd love to hear from you
