Construction CRE / Site Agent – Rail

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Construction CRE / Site Agent to join a major rail infrastructure project in the Greater Manchester area.
This is a long-term contract opportunity supporting the delivery of significant station and civil engineering works within a live rail environment.
The Role
As Construction CRE, you will be responsible for supporting the safe and efficient delivery of works on site, coordinating construction activities and ensuring works are delivered in accordance with programme, quality and safety requirements.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing and coordinating site-based construction activities.
*
Supervising subcontractors and site teams.
*
Ensuring works are delivered safely and in accordance with approved RAMS.
*
Monitoring progress against programme and reporting any issues.
*
Supporting site meetings, inspections and quality assurance.
*
Ensuring construction activities comply with rail standards and project requirements.
*
Liaising with project management, engineering and commercial teams.
*
Maintaining accurate site records and documentation.
About You
We are looking for candidates with:
*
Previous experience as a CRE / Construction CRE / Site Agent.
*
Strong experience within rail and civil engineering.
*
Experience working in a live railway environment.
*
Strong knowledge of construction processes, health & safety and quality requirements.
*
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
*
PTS / Sentinel accreditation.
*
Relevant CSCS and site qualifications.
