We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team in Aberdeen.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous warehouse experience who is looking for stability and the chance to secure a permanent position. The role will initially be offered on a 12-week temporary basis, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person.

This is a varied and hands-on role where you'll be involved in everything from picking and packing orders to stock handling and garment preparation. We're looking for someone who enjoys keeping busy, takes pride in doing a job well and can become a dependable member of the team.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Picking, packing and preparing stock accurately for internal use and dispatch
Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing deliveries
Receiving, handling and organising stock within the warehouse
Assisting with garment decoration, including heat sealing
Ensuring orders and products are prepared accurately and to a high standard
Carrying out general warehouse and manual handling duties
Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-organised working environment
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Working closely with colleagues to meet operational deadlines
Providing additional support across the warehouse when required

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated and willing to get stuck in.

You should have:

Previous warehouse experience
A good understanding of health and safety within a warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
A reliable and punctual approach to work
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to work at pace while maintaining quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
The confidence to work independently when required
The ability to carry out manual handling and other physical aspects of the rolePrevious experience with garment decoration or heat sealing would be advantageous but is not essential. Experience within a retail, stores or stockroom warehouse environment would also be beneficial.
