Architect / Architectural Technologist

Job Overview
An Architect / Architectural Technologist is required to support industrial, logistics and commercial projects from early viability through technical delivery. Based in Chichester, the position is suited to candidates with demonstrable UK industrial experience, strong Revit proficiency and technical capability. Projects include warehouse developments, commercial schemes, drive-thru and roadside commercial work, with involvement across feasibility, space planning, design coordination and technical delivery.

Role & Responsibilities

* Support feasibility and commercial viability studies

* Prepare warehouse and commercial space planning studies

* Develop coordinated project information using Revit

* Contribute to technical design and project delivery

* Support projects from viability through detailed technical stages

Skills & Experience Required

* Demonstrable UK industrial architectural experience

* Strong Revit proficiency and coordination skills

* Industrial, logistics or warehouse project experience

* Experience with feasibility, viability and space planning

* Strong technical design and delivery capability
