Are you an organised coordinator who enjoys keeping people, schedules and customers moving in the right direction?
We’re recruiting for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join an established and growing specialist in ventilation hygiene and compliance.
You’ll play a key role in coordinating duct cleaning and ventilation hygiene works, supporting engineers in the field while keeping customers informed and ensuring work is delivered efficiently and on time.
Why this role matters
You won’t simply be managing a diary.
You’ll be the person keeping service delivery on track, making sure engineers have the right information, customers know what’s happening and completed works are followed through correctly.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Planning and scheduling engineers for planned and reactive works
*
Coordinating duct cleaning and ventilation hygiene programmes
*
Liaising with customers to arrange and confirm site visits
*
Coordinating engineers, subcontractors and internal teams
*
Preparing job information and supporting documentation
*
Monitoring deadlines, KPIs and outstanding works
*
Managing customer queries and helping resolve service issues
*
Ensuring reports and documentation are issued within agreed timescales
*
Keeping job management systems and records accurate
*
Supporting completed works through to invoicing
Who we’re looking for
You don’t need previous experience within ventilation hygiene or duct cleaning, as full training will be provided.
However, experience in a service delivery, scheduling, planning, facilities or coordination role would be beneficial. An understanding of ventilation hygiene, duct cleaning or TR19 would also be advantageous.
