The successful Nursery Practitioner will:
Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare – essential
Have previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework
Plan and deliver engaging play-based learning activities
Support children's communication, physical, social and emotional development
Be confident supporting personal care, where required
Observe and contribute towards children's developmental progress
Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
Be caring, patient, reliable and enthusiastic
