About the Role - VP - Transaction Execution Team
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vice President to join a specialist transaction execution team in the City of London.
The role will focus on the execution and documentation of Export Credit Agency (ECA) backed financing transactions, supporting an established origination team and managing deals through signing, documentation and financial close.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing ECA-backed financing transactions from mandate through to financial close.
Coordinating documentation with borrowers, lenders, Export Credit Agencies and external legal counsel.
Driving timelines and ensuring successful execution of key workstreams.
Managing conditions precedent and funding mechanics.
Working closely with Credit, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Agency teams.
Acting as a key point of coordination between internal and external stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Profile
A successful VP - Transaction Execution Team should have:
6-12 years' experience within Export Finance, ECA Finance, Structured Finance or Project Finance execution.
Strong loan documentation experience.
Proven transaction management capabilities.
The ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Job Offer

Expected annual bonus typically 20%+
