Kingsford Estates is a growing property and asset-management business operating across residential, commercial, workspace and modular development in Edinburgh.

Our sister company, Let Tech Solutions, is a technology business serving the UK lettings industry, with platforms including LettingWeb and River LPM, used by more than 1,000 letting-agent customers across the UK.

With both businesses entering an exciting period of growth, we are looking for a high-potential graduate to work directly with the CEO and develop towards a future leadership role within the group.

The Role

As a Founder's Associate, you will work directly with the CEO across Kingsford Estates and Let Tech Solutions, supporting strategic projects and gaining hands-on experience of how growing businesses are run.

The first year will be varied and fast-paced, with responsibility increasing as you develop. Projects may include market research, financial modelling, feasibility studies, business cases, supplier and partnership assessments, process improvement and AI and automation initiatives.

You will work closely with senior leaders across the group and will be expected to turn information and analysis into clear, practical recommendations.

Following successful completion of Year 1, you will move into a management track aligned with your strengths and career aspirations.

Potential pathways include:

•  Operations Management•  Property, Asset Management & Development•  Product Management

The aim is to progress into a permanent management role at the end of the two-year programme.

Key Responsibilities

•  Support and lead strategic projects from inception through to completion.•  Conduct market research, feasibility studies and commercial analysis.•  Build financial models and analyse business data.•  Prepare business cases, presentations and briefing papers.•  Produce management reports and performance dashboards.•  Identify opportunities for process improvement, AI and automation.•  Attend commercial, operational and product meetings.•  Support the CEO with research, analysis and ad-hoc projects.•  Track actions and ensure projects are followed through to completion.•  Work with teams and stakeholders across both businesses.•  Handle confidential commercial and personal information with discretion.

Person Specification

Essential

•  2:1 degree or above in any discipline.•  0–3 years' work experience.•  Excellent organisation and attention to detail.•  Strong numerical and analytical skills.•  Confident using Excel or Google Sheets.•  Clear and concise written and verbal communication.•  Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership.•  Strong commercial curiosity and an interest in property and technology.•  Professional, personable and confident working with senior stakeholders.•  Sound judgement and discretion.

Desirable

•  Experience in a startup, scale-up or small business.•  Exposure to property, lettings, construction or technology.•  Experience with financial modelling or data analysis.•  Familiarity with AI tools and automation.•  An interest in how technology can improve business performance.
