Morgan Jones is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and internationally respected manufacturing company. Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a Print Shop Operator to join their busy production team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with flatbed printing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
The Role
As a Print Shop Operator, you will be responsible for operating printing machinery, supporting production schedules, and maintaining quality standards across the department.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor flatbed printing equipment
• Support daily production demands and workflow priorities
• Work closely with supervisors and team leaders to meet customer requirements
• Identify and report quality, equipment, material, or process concerns
• Use problem-solving skills to ensure smooth machine operation
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow company quality procedures and operating standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Comply with all health and safety requirements
• Help minimise production delays and ensure jobs are completed on time
• Undertake training relevant to the role
Skills and Experience Required
• Minimum 1 year of flatbed printing experience
• Strong communication skills
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Good computer skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
