The Role:
As an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving a range of production and plant equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities across site.
Diagnose faults and perform repairs on electrical and electro-mechanical equipment.
Install, maintain, and improve plant machinery and production systems.
Use a variety of testing and diagnostic equipment to identify issues quickly and effectively.
Support continuous improvement projects to enhance reliability and productivity.
Minimise downtime and help ensure production targets are achieved.
Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality, and housekeeping.
What We're Looking For:
Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering (minimum requirement).
Previous maintenance experience within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Knowledge of electrical motors, drives, and pneumatic systems.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Commitment to safe working practices and quality standards.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
