Our client is a busy Property Management and Investment Company based in Bognor Regis, West Sussex and are looking for a Property Manager to join them.

You must work well within a team, provide a responsive and collaborative service internally and have the ability to communicate with lessees, tenants, contractors and staff in a confident and professional manner.

You don’t need to have experience, full training is provided but you must have a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel to complete property inspections (a company vehicle will be provided).

You will be managing a portfolio, which involves dealing with landlords and tenants regarding maintenance and other issues.
