Customer Service Administrator

Are you a highly organised customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join a busy operations team, supporting customers, processing orders and ensuring excellent service delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving and processing customer orders
Managing order completion and invoice raising
Liaising with customers and logistics partners daily
Providing outstanding customer service
Monitoring stock levels and maintaining accuracy
Completing stock reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
Supporting other departments with stock and contract queries
Troubleshooting order and delivery issues
