We are currently looking for a Site Administrator to join a growing main contractor on a permanent basis, based in their Monument office/project in London.
This would suit a young, ambitious candidate who has some previous construction administration experience and is looking to build a long-term career within a main contractor. A construction-related degree would be highly desirable, although relevant site administration experience will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the site and project management teams with day-to-day administration.
* Managing and maintaining project documentation and records.
* Assisting with timesheets, purchase orders and invoices.
* Supporting procurement and liaising with subcontractors and suppliers.
* Uploading and managing documents through platforms such as Procore.
* Assisting with site inductions and maintaining site records.
* Supporting the wider commercial, operations and project teams.
* General office and project administration duties.
* Ensuring documentation is kept organised and up to date.
Requirements
* Previous experience within construction administration, site administration or a similar role.
* A construction-related degree is preferred.
* Some understanding of working for a main contractor.
* Experience with Procore or similar construction software is desirable.
* Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Keen to learn and progress within the construction industry.
* Professional, proactive and willing to take responsibility.
