The Role:
* Teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on experience and preference
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly
* Supporting pupils with different abilities and additional needs
* Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
* Working as part of a supportive school team
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds QTS or is completing their ECT programme
* Passionate about primary education
* Confident or developing confidence in classroom management
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
* Enthusiastic, reliable and committed
* Open to both long-term and flexible opportunities
