As a Primary School Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
-Delivering well-planned, engaging and purposeful lessons to puipils with complex needs
-Deliver engaging, tailored activities to support the child's learning and development.
-Support the child's emotional, educational and physical wellbeing throughout the school day.
-Working collaboratively with other class teachers, teaching assistants and wider school staff
-Upholding the school’s values of respect, ambition and inclusion
-Ensuring continuity, consistency and high standards in teaching
-Adapting lessons to meet the needs of pupils with different abilities and learning needs
-Creating a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
To be successful in this role you must:
-Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
-Have experience teaching and supporting children with complex needs.
-A patient, caring and flexible approach.
-Be flexible, well-organised and confident teaching across a range of year groups
-Adapt your teaching to meet the needs of individual learners and different abilities
-Be passionate about delivering engaging and inspiring lessons
-Be committed to creating an inclusive learning environment where every pupil is encouraged to achieve their full potential
