We are seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and dedicated Humanities Teacher to join our specialist independent SEN school.

The Role
We are looking for a passionate Teacher who can bring subjects such as History, Geography, Religious Studies, Citizenship, and wider Humanities topics to life.
You will create engaging learning experiences that encourage curiosity, discussion, exploration, and critical thinking. Through your teaching, students will develop a deeper understanding of people, places, cultures, and society, whilst building confidence in themselves and their abilities.
Working alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you will help create a learning environment where students feel safe, understood, and empowered to thrive.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Has experience teaching Humanities subjects at Key Stage 3 and/or 4.

Has experience working with, or a strong commitment to supporting, young people with Special Educational Needs.

Can make learning accessible, engaging, and meaningful for students with diverse needs.

Builds positive, trusting relationships with students.
*
Is creative, adaptable, and solution-focused.
*
Shares our commitment to nurturing both academic achievement and personal development.

Believes every young person can succeed with the right support and encouragement.
