The role holder will be responsible for the operation of Tradebe's sales enquiry and sales administrative function - from receipt of enquiries through to quotations, onward routing, invoicing, and procedural control. It will for the role holder to ensure that having completed a technical assessment, compliance checks and in line with all relevant legislation, all enquiries are processed in a timely manner, in accordance with company procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Technically assess all waste enquiries generated by the sales team or direct enquiries.
Ensure compliance of all waste quotes with current legislation, Tradebe's Permits, Waste Management Licences and within strict KPI's.
Ensure that quotations produced and processed are in accordance with the current company sales strategy and within strict KPI's.
Liaise with internal and external laboratories where sample analysis is required.
Identify appropriate disposal routes for all packaged and bulk waste.
Build up working relationships with third party disposal routes.
Ensure that all Non-Conformance Reports (NCR's) are identified as both a technical and or financial NCR and the appropriate information is passed to the originator of the enquiry in a timely manner within strict KPI's.
To control waste acceptance/analysis operations in line with the company's ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 systems.
Liaise with customers, operations, compliance, customer services and sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
Do you have what it takes?
In depth appreciation and understanding of technical/chemical waste analysis, management operation, customers and processes.
IT Literate (MS Office - Essential / SAP experience - desirable).
Flexible and client-focussed, able to be consulted by customers and colleagues to give sound technical advice.
Committed and pragmatic team player.
