How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Company Description WrapiD Solutions helps small and medium-sized businesses in the UK streamline operations through custom software, workflow automation, and modern web applications tailored to their specific processes. WrapiD Solutions works with SMEs, startups, and growing businesses across sectors including recruitment, logistics, agencies, and professional services. As a lean, highly technical team, the company prioritizes clear communication, fast delivery, and measurable results without unnecessary complexity or long-term retainers.

Role Description The AI Training Associate (Outlier) — Remote, Flexible, UK will support the development and improvement of AI models by reviewing, analyzing, and labeling data, as well as evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, clarity, and relevance. In this full-time remote role, the associate will follow detailed guidelines to identify edge cases and outlier scenarios, document findings, and provide structured feedback that helps refine AI behavior. Day-to-day tasks include participating in training workflows, creating and updating reference materials, collaborating with technical and non-technical team members, and contributing to continuous process improvement. The role involves working with digital tools and platforms, maintaining high standards of data quality, and managing tasks independently while meeting deadlines. The position is based remotely within the UK, offering flexible working arrangements while requiring reliable availability for team coordination and project milestones.

Wrapid Solutions is recruiting people to work on Outlier, whether you're brand new to the platform or you've used it before and keep getting rejected on submissions.

    What you'll do:

Complete AI training tasks on Outlier, writing, review, or evaluation work depending on your profile and platform access. New candidates get full onboarding and account setup. Existing users get direct coaching to fix whatever's been causing failed reviews, so the time you put in actually pays off.

    Why join:

    • Earn roughly £800 to £1,000 a week, depending on task volume and approval rate
    • Work from anywhere, no commute, no fixed shifts
    • Just a few hours a week needed, fits around a job, studies, or other commitments
    • No experience necessary, full training and setup provided
    • 1:1 coaching if you've struggled on Outlier before, so you stop losing money on rejected work
    • Ongoing support on a call, not a one-off session, someone to actually ask when you're stuck
    • Fast start, most people are set up and working within days of their call

    What we offer:

    • Full walkthrough and setup if you're new to Outlier
    • Direct coaching to fix whatever's been causing failed reviews
    • Continued support once you're up and running

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Candidates should possess Training & Development experience, including facilitating learning processes and supporting AI training workflows.
    • Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication and Presentation Skills for explaining findings and documenting guidelines.
    • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess AI outputs, identify patterns and outliers, and make data-driven recommendations.
    • Comfort working with digital tools, spreadsheets, and web-based platforms for data annotation and tracking.
    • High attention to detail, accuracy in following instructions, and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
    • Experience or interest in AI, data annotation, or software/automation environments is beneficial.
    • Relevant education or practical experience in a technical, analytical, or training-focused field is an advantage.
    • UK based, laptop and reliable internet, a few hours a week to commit. No experience required, we'll teach you the process.
