As an Office Broker, you’ll work with businesses to help them find the right office space, while developing your own network, generating new opportunities and building valuable relationships across the industry.
You’ll have the freedom to develop your own approach, grow your client base and, ultimately, take control of your earning potential.
What you'll be doing
Building relationships
A big part of the role is getting to know people.
You’ll build relationships with business owners, decision-makers, landlords and property professionals, becoming a trusted point of contact for businesses looking for office space.
Business Development
You’ll be encouraged to create your own opportunities and build your own pipeline.
This could mean:
· Cold calling prospective clients
· Reaching out through LinkedIn
· Networking and attending industry events
· Developing referral relationships
· Reconnecting with your existing network
· Identifying businesses that may be looking for new office space
You don't need to have every answer on day one. We’ll help you develop the knowledge and skills to turn conversations into opportunities.
Closing deals
Once you’ve identified an opportunity, you’ll work with the client to understand what they need, source suitable offices and guide them through the process.
You’ll be involved from the initial conversation right through to negotiation and completion.
Building your own career
We want our brokers to think beyond simply working a desk.
Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to build your own network, reputation and personal brand within the industry.
