How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Love great design? Help bring our brand to life.

We’re looking for a creative, detail-focused Graphic Design & Marketing Assistant to join Rockett St George.

Working closely with our marketing and photography teams, you’ll create engaging visuals that showcase our products and inspire our customers. From website banners and email campaigns to Pinterest content and digital advertising, your work will help shape how customers experience our brand.

If you enjoy turning ideas into eye-catching designs, have a strong portfolio and take pride in getting the details right, we’d love to hear from you.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Creating website banners, landing page assets and promotional graphics that look great across desktop and mobile.
    • Designing engaging, mobile-friendly email templates and newsletter graphics.
    • Producing Pinterest content that helps grow our audience and encourages visits to our website, alongside graphics for other social channels.
    • Supporting product launches, seasonal campaigns and digital advertising with fresh creative ideas.
    • Keeping our branding, typography and visual style consistent across digital channels.
    • Checking designs for accuracy, responding to feedback and managing your work to meet agreed deadlines.
    • Keeping creative files organised and using feedback and campaign results to improve future designs.

    What you’ll bring

    • Relevant digital graphic design experience, typically gained over one to three years, and a strong portfolio. If your experience has followed a different route, we’d still love to see what you can do.
    • Examples of website graphics, email visuals and social media or Pinterest designs.
    • Confidence using design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
    • An understanding of Pinterest layouts, visual trends and best practice.
    • A basic understanding of digital marketing, user experience and visual hierarchy.
    • Strong attention to detail, good organisational skills and clear communication.
    • The ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a willingness to learn and respond to feedback.

Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, familiarity with Klaviyo and Shopify, and an interest in interiors and homeware would be an advantage.

    Why join us?

This is an opportunity to make a visible contribution to a distinctive interiors brand, work across a variety of creative projects and develop your design and marketing skills. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across marketing and photography, with room to contribute your own ideas.
