Are you a Registered General Nurse ready to step up into a Clinical Lead role?
We’re working with a well-established care provider who are looking for a confident and experienced RGN Clinical Lead to join their team in Durham.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Nurse who enjoys being hands-on clinically, leading a team and making sure residents receive the highest standard of care.
As Clinical Lead, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day clinical oversight of the service, working closely with the wider team to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
The role is made up of 36 hours per week – 24 hours on the floor and 12 hours supernumerary, giving you dedicated time to focus on clinical leadership and supporting the wider team.
What are we looking for?
- You’ll need to be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN and previous experience within nursing, residential, dementia or elderly care.
- We’re particularly keen to speak with Nurses who have previous experience as a Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, Senior Nurse or in another clinical leadership position.
