A boutique UK environmental consultancy is seeking a Bat Surveyor with a Level 2 Bat and EPS Licence to join its growing ecology team.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects while supporting ecological best practice.
In this position, you will undertake bat surveys, activity, and roost assessments, alongside producing technical reports, mitigation strategies, and licence documentation where required. Working closely with ecologists and multidisciplinary teams, you will deliver high-quality ecological advice to clients across the UK.
As the ideal candidate, you will hold a Level 2 Bat Survey and EPS Licence, have proven bat survey experience, a strong understanding of UK wildlife legislation, and excellent communication skills. Wider protected species survey experience and mitigation licensing knowledge would be advantageous.
