We are currently recruiting for the position of Vehicle Damage Assessor on behalf of a reputable automotive business based in Redhill, Surrey. Conduct vehicle estimates and VDA work in line with manufacturer guidelines
Collaborate with the owner and a small team to ensure smooth workflow
Upsell additional services and insurance products where appropriate
Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
Adapt and respond to various project or repair requirementsRequirements:

Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor within the automotive sector
Knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and estimating systems
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
