Pertemps are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Van Driver to support our client based in Kidlington.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driver looking for consistent Friday night work, with an attractive £25.00 per hour pay rate.
You will be responsible for collecting produce from two of our client's depots in Barking and London, returning the goods safely to the Kidlington depot and unloading the vehicle.
The Role
Collect produce from two client locations in Barking and London
Load and unload the vehicle safely and efficiently
Transport produce back to the Kidlington depot
Unload and place produce into the correct locations within the depot
Complete all collections and deliveries safely, efficiently and on time
Carry out manual handling duties as required
The Ideal Candidate
Hold a valid UK driving licence, with no more than 6 points for minor offences only
Have previous commercial driving or delivery experience
Be physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual handling duties
Be reliable, punctual and committed to working every Friday night
Have a professional and responsible approach to driving and customer service
