Producing technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
Compiling detailed construction documentation
Progressing designs across all project stages
Preparing information for planning submissions and Building Regulations
Liaising with clients and consultant teams
Assisting with BIM coordination throughout project delivery
Taking part in meetings and site visits
Troubleshooting technical and construction-related challengesWhat's Required of the Architectural Technologist:
Previous experience as an Architectural Technician or Technologist
Background working within the UK construction sector
A qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
Familiarity working in a BIM environment
Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations
Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
