Service Advisor

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established dealership in Romford. This is an excellent Service Advisor opportunity for a motivated professional looking to progress their career within the motor trade. Our client offers a supportive and professional environment, committed to delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Competitive basic salary of £30,000 per annum
Realistic OTE of up to £45,000 per year
Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 6pm, with no weekend work

Deliver excellent customer service and foster strong customer relationships
Book vehicle services and repairs efficiently, ensuring customer needs are met
Produce accurate and detailed job cards and repair estimates
Communicate effectively with the workshop team regarding job progress
Upsell additional services and maintenance opportunities where appropriate
Manage customer expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the service processRequirements:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong customer service ethos and a professional approach
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
