We are currently seeking a Senior Vehicle Technician to join a reputable independent specialist garage located in Macclesfield, Cheshire. Duties of the Senior Vehicle Technician:
* Conduct diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on a diverse range of vehicles
* Carry out servicing, including scheduled maintenance, oil changes, and tyre fitting
* Perform fault diagnosis and rectify mechanical and electrical issues
* Complete detailed and accurate repair documentation in line with manufacturer standards
* Ensure all work is completed within recommended timeframes and to the highest quality standards
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
* Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements of the Senior Vehicle Technician:
* Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
* Proven experience as a Senior Vehicle Technician in a professional workshop
* Excellent diagnostic and repair skills
* Full UK driving licence with minimal points
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
