Primary School SEN Teaching Assistant

We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in Harlow. What You'll Be Doing:
* As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping pupils thrive both inside and outside the classroom by:
* Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs.
* Encouraging confidence, independence, and social development.
* Supporting children with a range of needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech & Language difficulties, and SEMH needs.
* Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support and interventions.
* Creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment where every child can succeed.
* Celebrating progress, big and small, and helping pupils reach their full potential.

Essential Requirements:
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
* Valid Right to Work in the UK.
* Ability to provide satisfactory references.
* A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
