This role is ideal for an experienced ecologist looking to step into a position with greater responsibility and influence. You'll play a key role in overseeing projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a variety of ecological projects from inception to delivery
Produce and review technical reports, including Preliminary Ecological Appraisals, Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) assessments, and protected species surveys
Organise and oversee fieldwork activities
Support and mentor junior team members
Assist with client liaison and project coordinationWhat's on Offer:
