We're partnering with a premium property maintenance company that has redefined how tradespeople serve the residential market. Our client are now looking to add an experienced heating specialist and qualified gas engineer to the team.

Salary and Package
£50,000-£55,000 base salary (negotiable depending on experience)
Additional monthly/quarterly bonuses - strong OTE and earning potential of £60k-£65k+

The Role
As a Senior level Domestic Heating / Gas Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
Boiler repairs, breakdowns & maintenance
Heating system servicing
Diagnostics and high‑quality fault finding
Boiler installations
Working across luxury residential homes in SW and West London - Chelsea, Kensington, Holland Park etc.
No two days will be the same and you'll be trusted to deliver a gold‑standard service to high‑end clients.
Opportunity for a senior level engineer to potentially progress in time, and into leading and overseeing other engineers.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5-10 years' of experience as a Qualified Domestic Gas Engineer (more is a bonus)
Gas Safe Registered, holding relevant ACS Domestic Gas certificates such as; CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1
Desired - willingness to do some minor plumbing work, radiators, leaks etc.
Must live within commuting distance of the West London, or SW London area.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
