Optio Resourcing is working with a retail fit-out contractor to appoint an experienced Site Manager for projects across Cardiff and Wales.
The Role
Managing retail fit-out/refurbishment projects across Welsh sites
Overseeing subcontractors, programme, and site standards day-to-day
Acting as key client liaison, particularly around live trading works
Ensuring H&S, RAMS, and quality compliance on every project
Delivering to tight retail programme deadlines
About You
Retail construction/fit-out site management experience essential
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/White/Gold), First Aid at Work required
Comfortable working Cardiff sites and out-of-hours where needed
Full UK driving licence preferred
