The Role
The successful candidate will lead and manage the overall delivery of the service, with responsibility for staffing, property, voids, budgets, service development and performance.
Key duties will include:
* Lead, manage and develop a team, including supervision, performance management, training and development.
* Oversee property management, voids and the effective operation of supported accommodation services.
* Manage budgets, income and expenditure, ensuring value for money and financial viability.
* Take responsibility for health & safety, risk assessments, safeguarding and compliance.
* Monitor KPIs, audits and service improvement plans, driving continuous improvement.
* Build strong relationships with local stakeholders, partner agencies and other services.
* Monitor support documentation, case records and CRM systems to ensure accurate and compliant recording.
* Support the delivery of person-centred, outcome-focused services for vulnerable adults with multiple needs.
About You
* Level 4 qualification in Housing Management or equivalent, with willingness to work towards Level 5.
* Significant experience managing and developing teams.
* Experience supporting individuals with multiple disadvantages and complex needs.
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding, support planning, risk assessments and case management.
