Working Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8-hour shift, starting between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM
We are looking for an organised and reliable Warehouse & Delivery Driver Administrator to support the day-to-day warehouse and delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support delivery drivers throughout their shifts.
Manage driver paperwork, delivery documents and PODs.
Carry out driver debriefing when drivers return from deliveries.
Monitor delivery progress and update company systems.
Deal with driver queries and assist with delivery issues.
Provide system training and support to new and existing drivers.
Complete general warehouse administration and maintain accurate records.
Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Report any delivery, vehicle or driver issues to management.Requirements
Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Confident using computers and company systems.
Previous warehouse, transport or administration experience is desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, organised and able to work in a busy environment.
Willingness to learn and provide training/support to delivery drivers
Salary description
£12.71 - £13.00 per hour
