How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    About the role

    As Data & Digital Director for the UK & Ireland (Director, Data Office Management), you will lead the digital transformation and data strategy across the business. You'll drive operational excellence, improve customer experience, and enable growth through data, analytics, AI and digital innovation.

    You will also act as the Zone Data Officer, ensuring strong data governance, quality and compliance while helping the organisation maximise the value of its data assets.

    This role reports directly to our VP Customer Operations, UK & Ireland and will have a functional reporting line to the Group Chief Data Officer.

    What will you do?
    Define and deliver the UK&I digital and data strategy, aligned to business objectives and transformation programmes.
    Lead high-performing Data and Digital teams across a complex, matrix environment.
    Drive data governance, master data management, data quality and privacy compliance.
    Champion the use of AI, automation, analytics and digital tools to improve efficiency and customer experience.
    Identify opportunities to simplify processes, optimise systems and accelerate digital adoption.
    Develop insights that support better business decisions, commercial performance and growth.
    Partner with Sales, Marketing, Services and Operations leaders to deliver data-driven solutions.
    Foster a culture of data ownership, continuous improvement and collaboration.
    Represent the UK&I zone within global data and digital governance communities. What are we are looking for?
    10+ years' experience leading digital, data or transformation teams within complex, international organisations.
    Strong expertise in data governance, data architecture, master data management and analytics.
    Experience deploying digital technologies such as AI, automation (RPA), CRM and business intelligence solutions.
    Proven ability to deliver transformation programmes that improve performance, customer experience and business outcomes.
    Strong understanding of data privacy, compliance and governance frameworks, including GDPR.
    Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.

    For this UK based position, the expected pay range is GBP 140,000 - GBP 210,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United Kingdom. Our pay ranges are determined by the local market.
