The Role
Working as part of a skilled fabrication and welding team, you will be responsible for carrying out high-standard fitting, modification, and finishing work on vehicles and specialist equipment. Quality is key in this role — attention to detail and a methodical approach are essential.
Duties will include:
* Inspecting vehicles and components to ensure work meets required quality standards
* Carrying out fitting, modification, and repair work on vehicle structures and assemblies
* Cutting, grinding, sealing, and finishing components to a high standard
* Using hand and power tools (including drills and grinders) safely and accurately
* Supporting fabrication and welding teams to ensure consistency and reliability
* Contributing to continuous improvement and maintaining a clean, safe workspace
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in vehicle fitting, fabrication or assembly
* A strong quality-first mindset with excellent attention to detail
* Confident using hand and power tools
* Good understanding of basic fabrication and welding principles
* Reliable, safety-conscious, and professional
* Ideally looking for long-term work with potential to go permanent
Experience in structured, high-standard engineering or manufacturing environments is highly advantageous.
Hours & Benefits
* Monday to Friday: 07:30 – 16:00 (39 hours per week)
