Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Machine Operator to join a well-established and growing foundry in Yeovil.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator looking for long-term, full-time employment, with opportunities for training, development and career progression.
What We Offer

Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm.

Key Duties
Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
Load and unload raw materials, stock and finished products.
Move materials throughout the production and manufacturing areas.
Support general production and operational activities as required.
Carry out routine equipment and machine checks, reporting any faults or issues promptly.
Follow all site health and safety policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised workspace.
Assist with quality checks and ensure production targets are met.
Requirements
Previous experience working in a manufacturing, production, warehouse or industrial environment.
Experience operating machinery or production equipment is desirable.
Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
Reliable, hardworking and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexible approach with a willingness to support wider production activities.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
