WeHireTrades are recruiting experienced Heating Engineers for ongoing works across Greater London, working within occupied and tenanted residential properties.
The work will primarily involve heating controls and Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) installations, with engineers working on a price-work basis, providing excellent earning potential for productive and experienced teams.
The Work
You will be carrying out planned heating and renewable works within occupied properties across Greater London.
Typical works will include:
* Air Source Heat Pump installations
* Heating control installations and upgrades
* Thermostats and programmers
* Associated heating system alterations
* Commissioning and system checks
* Working within occupied/tenanted properties
* Completing works to the required specification and quality standards
* Liaising professionally with residents and site/project teams
What We’re Looking For
We’re particularly interested in experienced heating engineers who have worked within social housing, planned maintenance or occupied residential environments.
Applicants should have relevant heating qualifications and demonstrable experience. Previous ASHP / renewable heating experience is highly desirable.
You must be comfortable working in customers’ homes and maintaining a professional standard of workmanship and customer service throughout.
Price Work
These positions are offered on a price-work basis, making them particularly suitable for experienced engineers who can complete installations efficiently while maintaining a high standard.
There is strong earning potential, with ongoing volumes of work available for the right engineers.
Full schedules, rates and scope of works will be discussed before commencement.
