We are seeking additions to our team that are looking to enhance their recruitment careers beyond their current limitations.

In previous experience we are looking for

· Proven ability to convert new business leads in to Blue Arrow clients

· A portfolio of clients that have been personally converted, retained and developed

· An ability to build a client from inception to year on year growth, and open up additional departments

· Consultative & solution based thinking

· Someone who can build meaningful, trusted business partnerships

· Has long term and strategic thinking

· Someone wanting to develop their own team

· An ability to manage multiple clients at a time

· A desire to be a high performer and keep pushing for more

· A team player, who can see the big picture for their colleagues and company

· Someone who can inspire & mentor trainee and inexperienced staff

· A calm persona when there is pressure or stressful situations

· A leader in exemplary customer service

· We are very open to sectors & client type experience, whether that be in temporary or permanent recruitment

What are we offering

· Salary between £28,000 to £33,000 depending on experience

· Quarterly salary review after 1st year - based on financial performance
